Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1/2 tsp Sage
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 pounds Pork tenderloin
1 tsp Olive oil, optional

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients, EXCEPT PORK, in a 1 gallon ziplock bag (including olive oil if you like)

2. Close the bag and litely shake to mix ingredients.

3. Add pork and squeeze excess air from the bag. Clowe the bag and marinate in teh refrigerator for a minimum of 1 to 2 hours (I do this in the morning and let it sit all day).

4. Roast 350 degrees until internal temp is 160 - 170 (~45 minutes).

5. Slice into 1/4 inch pieces. Serve with rice and veggies.
